While I am a NOVICE at creating these podcasts, I sure am having fun with them. There are many people that play into our lives. We engage in many systems, both personally and professionally. This week explore how community impacts you and what aspects of community are beneficial in your daily experience of life. Who are your supports? What do you need from others in these systems? What do you need for self-care if systems aren't always healthy? Can you impact a system to improve it? Explore using words, paint, drawing...mixed media...let your process guide you.
